About Us.
David Tabush, Principal
After Graduating from The Pratt School of Architecture with a focus on Construction Management, David Founded Wood Stone & Water, a NYC based Project management Firm in 2015.
Our early work consisted of Retail build outs, Office interiors, and apartment renovations, Our designs were deliberate, with intent, and specific function. Our Designs became a company focus and became as valuable of an asset as the construction itself. Beginning in 2017 we were retained to oversee the design and construction of a “Renovate to Rent” business model investment group - we completed 18 shore homes within 16 months.
Wanting to keep growing, we partnered with an investment firm in 2019 to design and build Luxury Production (spec) homes along the NJ Shore, to date we have completed and successfully sold 17 homes.
Additionally, 4 years ago we began taking on select Fully Custom, Design/Build projects where we are offered the opportunity to expand our range of design and craftsmanship for home owners, we like to push our limits here, however we reserve this boutique service for discerning clients who share our ideals and visions and ultimately become our partners throughout the project to create something truly special.
